Well hey there! Amazing art you did there! Can I use your art to make a signature for serebii forums? I love mega gyarados, and can defenitly do somethign amazing with your art! Ofcourse I'll mention ya.
shouldve been a water/ dragon... im starting to get the idea gamefreak is trying to make water/ dark seem like the best water typing out there now...w/the inclusion of Greninja... or theyre just trolling since im sure a lot of ppl wanted it to be dragon lol. AND its face couldve used a significant change :I
dragon/ water in R/B?!, that would of been better, to change it up and not be exactly like Kingdra/ Palkia, altho im not sure if that really changes the damage. felt like they didnt want another water dragon aside Kingdra, just to make the 2 sea-horses unique lol.
They decided it would've been too good, or bad if facing it!
Since the only Dragon move back then was dragon rage, which does exactly 40 HP each time.
It's not like it wasn't strong enough as is, it has a tremendous attack stat, intimidate to give it a better advantage in battle, got a seriously mad mega evolution, and it learns some of the best physical moves out there!
Plus the fact that moves like crunch/bite would have STAB on top of that ridic attack power!
Things are going swimmingly for Gyarados if you ask me...
Yeah, only 70 pok'emon is a bit of a bad thing, but they had to make well over 600 models for each and every Pok'emon, plus all the other characters, cities and the backdrops in battle! I can cut them some slack for all the work they've put in, they tried for a world-wide release date and that didn't work. They had a MAJOR bug in one of the cities that got into the released version of the game, the "Lumiose City Save Glitch", but they've even got to work and made a patch for it!
Yeah, there are plenty of Mega Evolutions giving out ridiculous stat increases, including Gengar, Absol and Garchomp! I think Garchomp got a speed reduce in exchange for high attack + ...another stat I'm sure!
yeah i mean making 718 + megas/ forms of pokemon into 3d animations, does seem like a killer... and after the making a whole new set of pokemon in the previous gen, they didnt really need to make anywhere near that comparison... the 70 + 28 megas, is close enough to 100. plus this is just the start of megas, they cant really just make like 50..
i just dont really like that megas are most likely going to be the replacement for pre/ final evos in the long run... the megas reached close to the same amount that gen4 made pre/ final evos, which seems like a replacement hint, aside Sylveon of course i mean i understand pre evos dont really matter now, but i still cant stand the fact that theres no way some pokemon were "born" the way they are( big)... plus megas for the most part imo are a lazy way to extend a pokemons possibilities/ potential as far as design goes...i want to see NEW pokemon, not just little differences in the design of some...
yeah the worldwide release failed/ the glitch
i just hope that next gen makes available pre/ final/ megas
